• We travel to Accra, the capitol of Ghana, in West Africa and export gold to New York or Dallas, Texas. Through this process, we have developed long- term,  professional relationships with small and medium scale miners, artisans, middle-men and storage facilities, known as "Security Houses" in the trade. Our core business is to buy, export and sell the gold to refineries that we have developed relationships with over the years. Our preference for refineries are those based in New York. We can take the gold to Dallas, Texas; Los Angeles, California; Denver, Colorado;  Boston, Massachusetts or any or locale where there are reputable refineries.  However, from a logistical standpoint, it makes more sense to liquidate the gold in New York or Dallas, Texas.   Revenue is generated on the difference between the purchase price and the liquidation price. 

GOLD BUYERS:

• Admittedly, we did not generate revenue in 2020. Like many businesses, Covid 19 paralyzed our ability to function in a significant manner.  The other major challenge was the lack of capital.   A tremendous amount of time was devoted to an investor/ investor group, who made many promises, but in the final analysis, failed to perform.  For now, we continue our efforts to raise the necessary capital. We have developed a mechanism for exporting gold without having to pay the purchase price in Africa.  We still pay for the gold but not in Africa. We are buyers and it is important to uphold our contractual commitments to our sellers. 
• We negotiated three major contracts in 2020 where the aggregate value of the gold is estimated  to be more $100,000,000.0 (One Hundred Million Dollars).  Fulfilling our responsibilities under those contract is our major objective for fiscal year 2021 and 2022. 

CONSULTING SERVICES:

• We are available to buyers or prospective buyers who want to buy gold "on the ground" in Ghana or other parts of West Africa but do not know how to go about it.  We are available as consultants.  As such, we will show the party how to buy gold on the ground at a discount and lawfully  ship it to the states, Europe or the Dubai. A word to the wise, buying gold in West Africa is not for the "weak and faint of heart." In the final analysis, one must accept the fact that the way business is conducted in West Africa is different than the way that business is conducted in the United States or Europe.
